Canteen C inside my organization

Working as a Head of Section for Hand mount required me to control some many basic requirement on production operation.
Sometime I go back home late to finish my job assignment.
Last Monday I notice some leaders and operator under my organization were eating and drinking at production line.
This is really make me unhappy
Why
Cause as a role model , line leader should put their discipline another level than my operator.
Therefore , after that I write email to all my supervisor. Below is my email content.
Hi all

Lately I notice (especially night shift) , there is new canteen operate in our production line Canteen C – Operator and line leader eating and drinking at line.

[Action]
I would like to request this new canteen to close immediately. Please convey this message to all line leaders since they all are the role model to their operator. Gain respect by show our good attitude
